IT Recruitment Consultant
We are growing and want to strengthen our position in the market. That is why we are looking for a new colleague to join our six-person recruitment team. You will have your own responsibilities, room to take initiative and a team where you can be yourself.

- You play a central role in the search and selection process, matching IT freelancers with the right projects.
- You manage the entire process: intake, sourcing, advertising, initial interviews, reference checks, candidate introductions and rate negotiations.
- You build a strong candidate network and stay in touch with freelancers, so you can respond quickly to new requests.
- You stay in touch with candidates after they start, throughout their entire project.
- You contribute to initiatives such as social media campaigns and improvements to internal processes.
Your experience
- You have some relevant experience and hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- You enjoy working independently and staying organised, while also drawing energy from a close-knit team.
- You are a people person and relationship-builder with a positive, enthusiastic approach.
- You speak and write Dutch flawlessly and communicate fluently in English.
